Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, destination, or carrier schedules.

• Non-returnable items include keratin products, lighteners & bleach, permanents & straighteners, opened color products, conditioners, and other opened liquid products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
