Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis and industry standards, the following categories are NOT eligible for return or exchange:
- Keratin products and chemical treatments
- Lighteners & Bleach products
- Permanents & Straighteners chemical solutions
- Opened or used Color products
- Conditioner and other opened liquid products
- Personal care items for hygiene reasons
These restrictions are in place due to the nature of chemical products and hygiene considerations in the beauty industry.
