Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis and industry standards, the following categories are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Keratin products and chemical treatments
  • Lighteners & Bleach products
  • Permanents & Straighteners chemical solutions
  • Opened or used Color products
  • Conditioner and other opened liquid products
  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons

These restrictions are in place due to the nature of chemical products and hygiene considerations in the beauty industry.
